CSJ Learning Connection - Research & UX/UI Design + SEO/AEO + Webflow
Solution: The project delivered the organization’s first fully functional website by addressing every barrier uncovered during research. In‑person Spanish interviews with non‑English‑speaking women shaped the content, structure, and language needs, while user testing clarified how students, teachers, volunteers, and donors actually navigated information.
A clear information architecture was designed to guide all four audiences without confusion, supported by intuitive user flows and a bilingual language switcher for accessibility. A donation system was implemented to streamline contributions, and all images were optimized to keep the site fast and reliable. Together, these solutions created an inclusive, easy‑to‑use platform that finally gave the organization a professional digital presence aligned with its mission.
Deliverables:
In‑person Spanish interviews with non‑English‑speaking women.
Full website design and development. Donation system setup & integration.
User research & testing sessions & bilingual language switcher implementation.
Website content strategy with SEO/AEO copy in mind, and donation page design & setup.

Kawi - Brand Identity & Guidelines
Challenge: KAWI needed a complete brand identity and product design system for a shampoo and conditioner line aimed at low to middle‑income women - an audience that wants something fresh, feminine, and trustworthy without the intimidating cues of luxury beauty brands.
The challenge was to create a visual language that felt stylish but still accessible, while highlighting KAWI’s signature fruit‑and‑flower fragrances in a way that made the products instantly recognizable. A key part of this was developing a practical color‑coded cap system, giving each scent its own distinct hue so shoppers could quickly spot their favorite variant on the shelf.
The project required designing everything from bottle labels and packaging to typography, color palette, iconography, billboards, posters, bags, business cards, and pens, etc.
Deliverables:

Full bottle label and packaging design system for shampoo and conditioner.
Brand usage guidelines for consistency across all touchpoints.
Color‑coded cap system for scent recognition and improved user experience,
Billboard and outdoor advertising concepts: Posters, flyers, and print materials.
Complete brand identity: logo, typography, and color palette.
Branded bags, business cards, and stationery, including pens and small-format items.
